I couldn't keep working against myself.
So I built something different.
My Story
Every morning used to start with masking. Show up. Fit in. Push through. Repeat.
But my capacity didn't work nine to five. Chronic pain changed from day to day. ADHD changed how I focused, how I started things, and how long I could keep going.
For a long time I thought I needed more discipline. I didn't. I needed a way of working that worked with me.
So I started counting spoons - not hours, not hustle, not how well I could hide what was going on. I stopped asking 'How much should I get done?' and started asking 'What can I do with what I have today?'
That question changed everything. It's the reason The Quiet Spoons Co. exists.

What this place is
A judgment-free corner of the internet for people living with chronic pain, invisible illness, and neurodivergence - to feel seen, understood, and still hopeful about building a life that works for them.
You don't need to show your face, and you don't need to spend every spoon proving you're capable.
